Return & Refund Policy
Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Youshah Perfumes. If for any reason you are not happy we
offer a straightforward return and refund process within 30 days of purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return your item must:
– Be unused and in the same condition
you received it
– Be in the original packaging
– Have all seals intact and unopened
– Be returned within 30 days of delivery
We cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrances for hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty.
2. How to Return
To initiate a return please follow
these steps:
1. Contact us at info@youshahperfumes.co.u or WhatsApp +44 7777 788442 within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with return instructions and address
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
5. Send the item back using a trackedndelivery service
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges on unopened products within 7 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange your item for a different fragrance please contact us and we will be happy to assist. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us immediately at info@youshahperfumes.co.uk with:
– Your order number
– A description of the fault
– A photograph of the item
We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
